My name is Darius and I’ll be personally running this site and talking about various topics concerning basketball. I'll be debating a lot of stuff that it related to exercise and training.
I'm a really active person in everyday life and I believe it is important for all of us to maintain our health and well-being physically and mentally as well. Therefore I’ll also be sliding to other topic that are not necessarily about basketball, such as general health and fitness.
I'll talk about methods and simple ways which I currently implement to do it.
This website is generally devoted to anyone that loves sports or simply wishes to get slimmer and become more sculpted.
I am going to look at many forms of training on the rainbow of sports but like I said, I'm going to concentrate particularly on basketball together with strength training, as these are the most close to my heart sports and I've obtained most of my experience on these things.
